Yes, I agree with you, xmod is a cheaters tool! But interesting enough, it may not work all that well. When he told me where the traps & teslas were, for my clean-up attack, it was wrong. I watched the replay before attacking and knew already where the traps were. So, all in all, our enemy's may be using it but it may be to our advantage! lol

We are going to need to hide our traps and bombs better in war bases now that people can see where they are. Big bombs should be hidden behind walls so they are not so easily tripped prior to sending in Hogs.

I dont think it works like that
Xmod lets u practise attacks...during war prep it only lets u attack their regular base...but once battle starts u can practise attack their war base

Dad used it last war. It lets you attack their war base and see where the traps are.
To me, that seems to zap the fun out of the game. I'd hope most aren't using it but who knows? It sure has felt like the last couple opponents knew exactly how to get their troops around.

Losing sucks.  Perhaps it is time to reset the war strategy to first come, first serve...attack the base that is right for you? Will you guys tell me, aside from losing wars, are you enjoying being a part of IP? Is it time for a shake up, change in leadership...? Has the quiet of late only been related to everyone being busy...or is something more happening? Feedback, please! |

I think you guys may be overthinking things.
When we get on a winning streak again things will pick up.
I don't think a smaller group in war is the answer. It seemed to bumm some people out.
Since Wolf and Heather are the most active they need to be Leader and Co. Also I'm fine with Ian and Figsy as Co's as well.
I just think things will pick up eventually.

Also, Ian is right. In war prep with XMod you can only practice attack their regular base, not the war base.

Hey guys, we've had back to back wars for a week, here's what i think...
- small, 20 person, wars have been better. More focused.
- everyone helping to fill castles is a huge relief
- we have to get better at cleaning up the bottom
- attacks have been much better now that most have moved away from dragons, still getting the hang of them!
- later start time has been tough for some but match-ups feel better
My thought, we should break for the evening and start back at it saturday around 3pm EST.
Please contribute any feedback, comments on above or something missed.

I agree that this strategy is working and like i let leaders know many clans that i popped in on use this as their strategy. I only joined clans with high war win totals for this reason. We had a bad streak to say the least and we needed to change something. Great to be back and talk to you all when i can. War time works for me!
