United clan I am going to pooke the caged animal. This clan has been a proud member of my family for a long time now. I need it to remain strong and grow. That being said I feel a decline in unity and devotion the last month or so. This needs to change asap.

Well I would look for members that dedicate there time to the clan. Miss a war without notice. Your out. Not commit your troops to each war. Your out. To reach the level we all want we need to start rocking hard. We have lost a lot of original members because of those reasons stated. Just a few items to look into.

I agree with that to a point. We talked on other threads about getting tougher with the rules. Wars are going to be mon wed fri for a while and see if weekends off helps participation( so prep sun tues thurs). At the end of each league if donation ratios arent at least close we are kicking them. I think 2 wars in a row without notice or if war is missed ocassionally without notice there gone. Hard to tell who helps with def castles. Of course any other thoughts on rules are welcome, we need structure.

We might want to think about updating the clan description - might help for new members looking to join. Include the 50% donation ratio & war days?

Rules are there for a reason, with that said we are framily. We have apx 30 tight players, and I dont think any of them are the problem. With new recruits as far as Im concerned, that is where our problem is. I also agree with Vin that we cant go stagnant and close the clan, so I suggest we ride the storm with who we have for now. Add one at a time to police their actions, than determine if they stay or go. If we play with structure, than we can build new recruits with structure.

To address th co-leader status, my I suggest a revolving co-leader status. We have many folks who have earned this and agree that 3 max is a good number for a heathy clan. If we rotate every week or two or whatever, than all have a chance to push the button etc. I a feel that it is a name only and no reflection on character, so why not give it a try. Any way thats my 2 cents. Wolf IWM member and proud of it.

My opinion, I think it's ok to have more co-leaders, there just has to be some control over who gets promoted. And bolt should demote co-leaders who don't follow the rules, whatever they end up being. Co's should vote on who should get promoted with Bolt making final decision at the end of the league.
Again, we should update our clan description and be sure to put in thereā¦do not ask to be promoted, it's a sure way to have it NOT happen! lol - it's very frustrating to all members when someone new joins and starts in on when they can get promoted.
Currently: "Participate in wars and donate, have fun and we win together and keep the language respectful please."
Revised: "Participate in wars and donate! Wars: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Elder is earned by being active, donating, high stars from wars. Co is voted on at end of league. No swearing."
I don't know, maybe that is too long.

I wanna throw an idea out there. We still have our core and thats the important thing. We can grow from that. I was very comfortable with wolf banshee heather vin scott jmicro and myself as coleaders. Mtp as well but he doesnt use this forum. What if we went back to that as a sort of commision and can discuss business on here and vote for demotions promotions and regulations.

Its been rough enough for the last couple days, I say let the dust settle a little before we jump again. I agree all of the people above should be, just think we need to plan and not jump again.

Here is my cheerleader talk. We all left our last clan to move closer as a family and to have a leader that was active. We have accomplished this task and I hate seeing what it has done to us. Baring a clan revolt we can recover, but the rest of the clan seeing its leadership get cut was a blow that I'm sure spread caos and broken ranks. What ever you all decide to do make it quickly and prepare the clan for what is coming. The clan needs a strong group of leaders, so naked it happen. Brothers and sister.

Bolt I think all of the players mentioned should be co leader. Pretty sure you don't want too many more than that. I don't like the idea of revolving coleaders. That means demoting people every week which sucks.

All...I sought out this clan after my first castle was lost and i had to start again because I liked the core of people on here. Interesting characters from all over the world, family members, old and young, girls and boys and all with a sense of fun and most importantly respect for one another. Anybody new joining has to earn their strips with donations and partipation and importantly being team players. If you want a suggestion for co leaders etc I think maybe u could consider time zones so there is a leader on as much as possible but we all lives to get on with so people can only do their best. Leaders consult with one another on kick outs and ask the core characters in the clan if you want to sound out anything. Good luck...all hail IWM.
