I know we have discussed this a bit on the War Strategy thread but I wanted to create a separate topic.
This is what I think we are looking for...
Yes:
TH7 or TH8
Looking to grow & learn
Likes to WAR
Speaks English (or a version of it, lol)
No:
TH9 or TH10
Ineligible for war 8 hrs+
Obvious rushed TH - or discussion on rushing TH
New Recruits during war: I'm ok with adding new people during war. TT once mentioned, the good thing about adding people during war is they can see how we go about it. There is some truth to that, for sure. But it's really go to be a slow add.
If you accept someone into the clan: Be prepared to tell them the guidelines. We all need to be responsible for the people we accept into the clan. Help them to understand how we work. If you don't want that responsibility, then don't accept them!
Guidelines (short & sweet): Donate, use war attacks, read clan mail, no swearing. Easy does it!
