Hello! We have a thread for the negative but where is the positive?!
I have started a mental list of possible members who I like for promotion to Co-Leader. But I could really use some advice on who you think is due the promotion...as they will be your co-leader too!
I'm looking for a member who is active, likes to talk strategy, has a good rapport with most (if not all) members, puts what is best for clan ahead of self. If you know someone like this, please reply to thread or send me a private message.

At the end of our season, we promoted Karl to co-leader. Bolt, Wolf, and I agreed that Karl exemplifies what we are looking for in leadership. He's super active, covers a time frame that the Co's and I are not available for, donates great troops and really has a good tone for constructive criticism! Thanks Karl, glad to have your added input into clan direction!

Have you tried to rejoin irish? Im okay with giving you another shot as im sure the others will be as well. Everybody has a life outside of c.o.c. send request to join and i will try to spread word

Hey IP, might have a change coming with regards to co-leaders. The Co's and I have discussed this and will finalize our decision on Sunday, at end of current season. In the meantime, once again looking for recommendation(s). Thanks.
