Hi Bolt...no problem and I understand the reasons. I'd like to rejoin the clan if that's okay the other clan members. I had a go at joining again but it says I'm banned so maybe you need to do something to lift the ban. Anyways I'll keep upgrading until get the level 4 stuff and then I can share will the rest of clan. Damien

I am putting my 2 cents in on new members. I am not good at tech. so this was new to me, pull up profile on people asking to join. Under friend in need you can see if thy atleast try to donate or not. For instance there was an individuale that asked to join, I pulled profile and he had 0 for 100 on the achievements. To me that is not someone to let in......just my 2 cents

Wolf i agree. We dont have to have 50 members just to have 50. Wars lately have gone rather nicely with 45 war bases. Ill take some of the blame for this for not being on much. My service has been shotty where ive been camping. The point of raising trophy count and staying invite only was to be selective!! On another note i understand what banshee is doing by leaving but i dont like it. What if something happens and cant find his way back? I think its time to discuss lazy jai also. Whats the group consensus? He was inactive a lot in old clan too

I'm not sure what banshee's plan is, however I agree we should hold all new membership until he returns. We have a good core group and it would be nice get some time to integrate the new arrivals before we take on anyone else. As far as lazyj goes, he falls under the same rules a the rest of us. I propose we give him final warning and boot him if his paticipation is low in the next war. Unless he can present a solid case to the clan in this forum.

My post was only to point out a way to develop quality not quantity. As for lazy and ethine, I agree one more shot and then action must take place. Lazy is hard for me as he was there before me.

I think you need to stay true to the protocols that brought us to this point; they are given a warning and opportunity to explain their issue. If that doesn't help to improve participation, then consideration is given to booting them.

Lazy is a strong player when active. It would be a shame to boot him. Participation is key however and a number 3 guy who never attacks is the same or worse than a level 45 guy who never attacks. I agree with the warning first then boot.

I second that Dad, Saranne's World is beside Rauf on the block, unless they both up their game I don't see much point in keeping them. When new players aren't too active in their first couple of weeks, I say dump them. some of our new guys are really good, better to drop the also rans to make space.

On another note guys that falls under ruled i guess. I know everyone loves to be at war and we are awful good at it not to mention its great fun. I was wondering how everyone felt about maybe adoptingthe first or last week of every month as war free so everyone can concentrate on upgrades. As you know by now as you grow it gets more and more costly to keep up on upgrades. I think a week of concentrating on our upgrades would make us even stronger. I love war too and would be ok if this gets shot down but i think something is going to have to be done eventually about this. Its hard to save when constantly spending on wars. Looking forward to your opinions!

I think it's a great idea, the last few wars have seriously depleated my reserves. It is becoming more and more difficult to keep up my success rate and donations while dropping the coin needed to upgrade. A one week break would be really nice.

I am up for what everyone wants, but a whole week off sure takes alot of fun out. Might I suggest we scheduale wars like Thursday or whatever and do 1 a week for a little while. That way everyone knows when we war, but still gets a break to upgrade. I would also like to address the 0 stars folks, Im not sure why but a few seem to be consistant 0 stars. I believe we are agressive and maybe that works against us in some ways. I feel a lot of the clan is a higher trophy count than they should be, including myself. If we lower that number across the board it will give us challengers that may be more even. Of course we do win most wars. Thats my 2 cents, please post your feedback.

I am all for war! If we need to scale back, which might not be a bad idea, perhaps we can leave a 24 hr window between wars. That might help slow down the pace. A week is a long time in this fast pace game...and with the world cup FINALLY being over (just picking, calm down) what on earth will you all have to talk about with each other! Bolt's sweaty butt or wolf's hairy back...grrr-osss!

I am for what ever you decide, just don't booth me when I am on Holidays. I will be away from the 24th of July to the 8th of August and not very likely will I be online.
