We all have bad luck from time to time but to consistently get 0 stars...might consider further review. We've seen people get 90% and still only come away with 1 star. So let's think about what guideline we can put in place to remind people that if you go high, especially early in the game, and come away with nothing...there might be consequences.
As far as giving approval on attacks...there isn't enough titled leaders to have us policing who attacks when & where. So I'd like to not do that! But it would be nice for those who are struggling to be reminded to chat with those online prior to attacking. We've got a lot of good players who like to talk strategy...just have to remind players to seek advice and talk about what worked and what didn't with those online.

I agree. It was just a thought. I think we need to be more organized and purposeful with our attacks. Seems like the clans that beat us have a strategy in place and we don't. A lot of players are attacking with no real expectation of getting three stars.

Hey guys, guess I've been a slacker on changes within the ranks. Here's the short of what happened over the last couple days...
Aaron & Based Reyes decided to start their own clan. Larryleaf was let go due to poor donations, poor war results. Sammy & To were let go due to overall inactivity. They were constantly left out of clan wars because they fell to the bottom of ranking but did not show any effort to advance.
In the future, I'll try to be better at updating you through clan mail!
As always, feel free to weigh in...your opinions help us when making decisions.

Another round of changes after this last war...
MNLegit: poor donations & missed last war with no communication Christian: poor donations, poor attendance in past wars Timmy lad: the lad has a girl, need I say more! He's invited back if his social calendar lightens up and he becomes available for wars Mooks: poor war results, missed wars, no communication with the clan. invited back when he has more availability.
We hate chopping people but we all need to be on the same page. To win wars we need full participation and attacks used to pick up stars. We all have to be open to criticism. If an attack does not got well, speak up. If no one is on when you attack (which I think is rare) then ask someone to watch your attacks. Seek out advice if things are going wrong!
If you have concerns or questions find me in chat or send me a private message. Thanks!

Hello IP,
Had some changes last night...
JohnnyB - he left, no word. Jege - was still new and no show for war. Kendra - was planning on leaving and we asked her to stay through war. Donations were also one sided. Deathwalker - while this guy has been active, he kept inviting people under our requirements and his war attacks were selfish.
Which leads me to say, i know we have had a lot of VERY easy wars, almost no challenge. But you still need to use that first attack to pick up stars. Therefore, if you are late to the game, you have to drop low and attempt to pick up one or two. You dont get to use both attacks for loot.
Our intention is to keep clan size between 40, 45 players.
As always, please speak up if you have concerns or questions. Either here, in chat or by private message.
Thanks guys, Hail Irish Pride!

Post war changes...
Nick, Alexis, Jas - kicked for not using attacks in war. (Jas has been with us a while so I sent him an invite...in case he wants to come back when his schedule clears up.) Steve left.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are a couple additional changes prior to next war. But I will tell you this, changes won't relate to anyone on the forum member list.
If you haven't heard, MTP will be leaving us for a little while, prior to next war. So reach out if you see him in chat.
Slightly off topic, just looking for some feedback...everyone still happy with the war schedule & timing? Too much, not enough, want to shake it up?! Please post in forum or send me a private message.
Thanks guys, Heather

After a lot of review, the following people are now gone: Recker, Killer Dice, Deathwalker, Jas and Lo.
We've got a really strong base, let's continue to build on that. We are increasing the thresholds for new recruits. Looking for Lvl 65+, over 10K in donations, lvl 5 raiding troops, lvl 3 dragons. While that person doesn't necessarily need to meet all the requirements, it will give us some good guidelines to move forward with.
Thanks guys!
